Diode - Germanium OA90 *** ALL GONE - Looking for more *** These OA90 Germanium diodes have been beamed through time. NOS. These look very vintage. Date of manufacture unknown (probably stone-age). Data sheets out there on the web.	Diode - Germanium OA91 Difficult to find - Doctor Tweek has a substantial supply of these now obsolete diodes - NOS. A germanium diode in a glass DO-7 body. The coloured band on the body indicates the cathode. What you need to warm things up! Please note this is ** NOT ** an equivalent part, but the genuine article. Now selling on the bay for £1.60 - £2.30 ... here it is cheaper! ... and genuine.
